While music venues may be shuttered for the moment, opportunities to hear live music are in full swing. Case in point is Brian Fitzpatrick, who recently played what has turned out to be only the first in a series of online live shows! To make it even more special, he made it a fundraiser for the West Milford, New Jersey animal shelter, and raised a lot of money for this excellent cause.
In case you missed it, here's the link to the archived show video. While I was not at home, so attempting to listen on a less than perfect phone connection, I can tell you that what I caught of the show was excellent -- and it definitely whetted my appetite for more!
And, it's now been announced the next oppotunity is coming VERY soon. Tomorrow (3/27) at 7PM EST, Brian will be doing another show via Facebook Live (this one advertized as focusing on songs of Neil Young) Just visit Brian's Facebook page at 7PM -- and enjoy the show!
